This is another example of putting an old engine to good use. The freezer is a modern 6 quart unit manufactured by White Mountain. We made the power unit out of old elevator and printing press parts.

4 eggs

2 T Vanilla (no alcohol)

1-2 Vanilla Bean Pulp

2 3/4 c. sugar

3/4 t. salt

1 pint cream

2 quarts milk

You can add smashed strawberries, bannanas, or other fruit, according to taste.
